An Austin staple is expanding. Top Notch Hamburgers survived the pandemic and held a grand opening at its second location Wednesday morning in Hutto.
The burger joint known for dishing out charcoal-grilled burgers, hand-dipped onion rings, fried chicken and more can be found at 121 Co-Op Boulevard and will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
“We’re letting everyone and anyone in, and we’ve been super busy and super excited, and everything is going really well,” said Top Notch co-owner Kelly Chappell.
The Hutto location marks the second restaurant for the iconic Austin business since it first opened on Burnet Road in 1971.
