Austin staple Top Notch Hamburgers recently announced it will open a second location — its first expansion since opening — in Hutto’s Co-Op District.
A Hutto City Council meeting was held Thursday night, after which more details on the project will be announced.
The Austin restaurant is located on Burnet Road and has been open since 1971.
